Carmen was DEFINITELY, Jordan's Number 1 fan. I remember working with Carmen at Dors on Damen and Roosevelt Roads in 1994. She was a very energetic and friendly young lady. When she talked about Jordan it was with respect and
I found Carmen's story because the man she married was a friend of mine in high school. We haven't seen each other since then but I always remembered him because I knew then already that he was an extraordinary young man. I am very sad for his - and their daughter's - loss. Yet at the same time, I read her story and think how blessed they both were to have each other, even if it was a much shorter amount of time than what would have been hoped for.

I am so sorry about her lost. I can only wish that she she keeps smiling and being Jordan's #1 fan.
